godaddy 是怎么把 PHP 错误和警告消息记录到 error_log 文件的

环境：本地：php 7.2 + apache ； gd: php 7.2 + apache

配置： php.ini 中 desplay_error 和 error report 都打开了。

测试： mysql_connect()

结果：本地：显示在浏览器页面：Call to undefined function mysql_connect() gd：输出到 error_log 文件

请问怎么把错误，异常输出到文件里？
