求助下 iOS 企业证书问题

自从升级 xcode11，iOS 企业证书后台也更新了，更新了企业证书后打包应用，iOS13 iOS12 都没问题

只有 iOS10 的设备客户反应无法安装
提示 could not be installed at this time

试了各种办法都无法解决，迫于手里也无 iOS10 的设备了，真的不知道怎么搞了

有大佬出现同样问题的吗？跪求解决办法

检查下 ssl 证书？
