默认 i3status 输出到 dzen2 是没有图标的。

我自己加了一个 bridge，让其显示图标

By the way, what's the top bar? You don't use i3 wm?

@acgtyrant i3dzen2 is just a simple bash script, see here https://github.com/yueyoum/i3-dzen2-bridge/blob/master/i3dzen2.sh

I use i3wm for a while, but finally using xfce4.

i3status is a independent tools from i3wm project,
so I can use it with dzen2 and xfce4~
