主站直接訪問就行了, 和協議沒什麼關係.
目前是關鍵字.github.com被屏蔽了, 只有URL中含有這段字符就會觸發RST.
例如:
http://notexist.github.com/
http://en.wikipedia.org/.github.com

@013231 我用国内服务器确认过， curl http://github.com 被 reset , curl https://github.com 能正常刷出 html

用curl測試了一下, 確實如此.
但是用瀏覽器訪問http://github.com可以正確的跳轉到https://github.com, 不會受RST影響, 這是為什麼呢?

@013231 怀疑是根据UA跳转的
@blacktulip github.com确实不在封锁列表里：测试 www.bing.com/github.com
curl估计是重定向到www.github.com了

@admintry没关系，铁道部没这能量。主要封的是github二级域名，证明国内用github搭静态站的人太多了
