网页请求偶现‘ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED’和‘ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE’，导致请求中断，求指导！

我们的服务器是用 windows 系统的，使用 Nginx 代理，nginx 的错误日志如下：

百度谷歌搜索了一大堆，有的说是 IIS 和防火墙的问题，IIS 已经关闭，至于防火墙，我们系统有等保要求限制，不能关闭防火墙，最终还是没有得到解决问题的方法，故来请教一下 v2 的大神们，感激不尽！！！
