IBM Cloud 专员答复:
用这个网址进行删除： https://control.softlayer.com/account/paymentmethod
1.选择“ Pay with other ”选项；
2.点击 submit 按钮提交；
3.会形成 case ；
4.审核专员通过审核 case 后删除信用卡信息。
As this is a new account, you will not be able to remove the card without the request being reviewed. I have reviewed it and approved the request.
