有没有类似Win下光影魔术手这样简便一些的图片软件？

    有时候就是裁个大小什么的，预览自带的功能也不太好用，类似的软件有吗？
    另：RetinaMacbook产品页当中的这个软件是？iPhoto？还是Lightroom什么的？
