Linux 中复制字符串粘贴出现问题，总是带前缀尾缀

今天服务器不知道谁改了配置，我复制"command1"到 terminal
结果出现 "0~command1~"

也就是复制任何字符串，粘贴出来总是出现 0~前缀和~尾缀求教

别的服务器没这种问题，是什么情况
