移动是不是连接阿里云香港的线路有问题？

    之前网站一直就在美国，前二天想给网站加个速在阿里的 hk 搞了个代理节点，在 dns 设置里把大陆的访问定向到 hk。
    结果马上二天内不少人问怎么很难打开网站了，我问了全是移动。
    这特么怎么回事，一直这样还是就我这切换的二天运气不好？
