我这 2.5 刀带 ipv4 的都不敢释放了 vultr 好像一直对老用户不太好

意思不大，消费的时候是同时扣钱和赠送额度的，比如你冲了 100 送了 100，第一个月用了$10，会从冲的里面扣 5，送的里面扣 5。以前以为是优先扣赠送额度，结果一年后傻逼了。
