Django 项目中把数据的表删除了，然后再把 app 下的 migrations 目录删除。
重新做数据库迁移，makemigrations，生成了 0001_initial.py 迁移文件。
接着做 migrate，提示 No migrations to apply，数据库没有生成表。

drop 掉数据库或者把 django_migration 表也删了
