Engineering

Frontend Engineer, China

Responsibilities:

• Build and ship amazing web-based experiences

• Help engineer the libraries and frameworks that power our frontend stack

• Tackle tough design and product problems

• Work with our product marketing manager and marketing team to build and continually optimize our user-facing content, and to improve the overall student experience of our front-end projects

Requirements:

• 2+ years of web development experience

• Web design aesthetic and an understanding of the fundamentals of user experience, cross-browser and performance issues, and front-end frameworks (jQuery/React.js preferred)

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS/SASS, and Javascript

• A passion for emerging web standards and a desire to build well-engineered reusable front-end products. You promote best practices, great usability, and understand the limits of what browsers can do

• A track record of being able to ship code, both independently and as part of a small team. You can fulfill several project requests, and meet tight deadlines.

Fullstack Engineer, China

Responsibilities:

• Drive new feature development

• Be proficient with our system of microservices and architect robust engineering solutions

• Write and ship high performance code designed to scale

Requirements:

• 2+ years of software engineering experience

• Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, Javascript/NodeJS/React and strong proficiency in at least one

• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Working knowledge of git for version control

• Understanding of Unix tools

工作职责

• 负责制作广告视觉、信息图示、创意周边等平面物料

• 参与网页视觉类设计工作

任职要求

• 1-3 年 视觉 /平面设计经验

• 能独立完成创意设计类项目，擅长多种不同风格设计（发送简历时须提供近期设计作品）

• 对国内外互联网领域流行、前沿的设计风格有敏感性

• 了解互联网产品特点和开发流程，有丰富的和产品、研发、业务部门协作的经验

• 富有创意，极具团队精神，责任心强，善于基于数据做出决策

工作职责

• 深入了解 Udacity 用户的行为模式和需求

• 基于增长目标，制定产品计划和优先级

• 带领设计和工程师团队，将产品构想从灵感变为现实

• 和市场、运营、BD 等业务团队亲密协作，深入了解他们的业务目标，用产品提升业务增长效率

• 和数据团队协作，挖掘机会点，从产品角度驱动整体增长

• 至少 3 年 C 端产品设计及产品管理经验

• 对前沿技术教育领域有充分热情

• 能够跨部门管理协作项目，有市场、数据、运营、产品、工程多方面的知识积累和敏感性

• 具有极强的逻辑分析能力，拥有良好的产品直觉，能够从数据角度系统性思考

• 有丰富的原型图制作经验，能通过线框图、产品原型清晰地和其他团队传达产品意图

• 需要有良好的团队协作能力，能够用英文进行熟练的书面沟通和基本的口头沟通

• 985/211 高校 或 Udacity 纳米学位项目毕业生优先
