个人认为应该在肉饼上面。煎肉饼到最后的时候放上去 cheese，融化在上面。

我选 Apple 的。
奶酪应该放在肉上，然后外层是蔬菜，最外层是面包。 肉和奶酪是热的，蔬菜把热的肉和奶酪与面包隔开，这样面包、蔬菜、肉或奶酪依次入口，不会太腻。 |
