catsigma OP @jemissary 简单来说就是预测市场。比如一群班里的同学说，明天肯定不会测验，另一些说肯定会。就可以在平台上建立一个合约。然后 bet。结束后，大家投票确定到底最终结果是什么，然后自动结算
