如何调整 Vagrant 创建出来的虚拟机的磁盘容量

一直用 VirtualBox 当 Vagrant 的 provider，但是磁盘性能太弱，所以买了 VMware 版，换成 hgfs，依旧垃圾。

有个问题请教大家，Vagrant 上 Ubuntu 16.04 官方 box 的磁盘容量只有 10G，能不能通过 Vagrantfile 来调整呢？感谢
