不要迷信 hsts，时间戳过了以后 hsts 会清空。hsts 只是一个触发开关，后续 pin https 还要看服务端如何应答。真要持久 pin https 访问，应该由站点自己向 google 申请内置 hsts 或用户自己编译 chrome 去内置 hsts。

应该是不会的 重装过 chrome 然后书签设置同步都没有问题 但是 hsts 的站点全丢了
