阿里云上安装 oracle 遇到 Check if the DISPLAY variable is set 怎么解决？

系统使用的是阿里云的 centos 6.8，自己用 Oracle 官方的 rmp 提前把依赖包都安装好了。

但是到了 runInstaller 这一步就是调用不出图形界面，出现错误：

Checking monitor: must be configured to display at least 256 colors >>> Could not execute auto check for display colors using command /usr/openwin/bin/xdpyinfo. Check if the DISPLAY variable is set. Failed <<<<

我本地使用的是 xshell 连到 ECS 上，xshell 上也做了 xmanager 的转发，ECS 上也安装了 xorg-x11-server-utils-7.7-14.el6.x86_64 这个包。

我本地用 virtualbox 也安装了 centos68 这个系统，通过上面这种方法是可以调出图形界面的，而且能够正常安装。

我试过直接用 oracle 进行登录，然后再执行也不行。

请问有大神知道是什么原因吗？

我的步骤是：

root:xhost +

root:export DISPLAY=192.168.1.172:10.0

root:su - oracle

oracle:export DISPLAY=192.168.1.172:10.0

oracle:cd /u01/database/

oracle:./runInstaller

前两个都检查通过，但是后面这个就检查不通过。
