想通过翻译英文技术文章的方式（文章来源湾区日报）学习英语。然而怎么把遇到的单词加入单词本是个困扰懒人的问题。于是研究了下 PopClip 和扇贝 API，没想到意外地简单。从看文档到收工俩小时搞定。
这只是个能用的版本，不知道会不会有什么坑，比如过几天 access_token 过期了之类的。

然而我要说，只加单词是没用的，把单词上下文的句子也应该加进去，然而扇贝做不到，参考 https://ninja33.github.io/20170319/the-new-way-of-vocabulary-world/ 吧
