移动 4G ，已开通 VoLTE 业务

Android 7.1.1 NMF26U

*#*#4636#*#* 里面 VoLTE Provisioned 打开没用，重启后又变 off 了

移动网络设置里面 "Enhanced 4G LTE Mode" 选项始终不出现 -_-

只有国行手机才能用 CMCC 的 VoLTE

根据 Google 那边的说法，必须要跟中国移动合作才行。
