测试过多次，都是固定大于 61808 的端口无法监听，提示 listen tcp4 0.0.0.0:61808:bind an attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions .

61807 不会碰到这个问题，从网上找的的全部是端口已被使用，所以无法工作，但是通过 netstat 确认端口未被使用。

还有什么原因会出现这个问题呢？

防火墙是关闭的，是管理员权限执行的程序。
