码字 md 的主题提取出来了，顺便给 SimpleMDE Markdown Editor 添加了主题功能

前情提要：码字 md - 干净精致的 Markdown 编辑器

还是挺喜欢 SimpleMDE 的，但是官方一直没有比较完善的主题功能。

最近花了点时间把码字 md 的主题提取出来了，可以很方便的在自己的网站使用了。

另外也可以很方便的创建主题。

表格里面的 code 域中的管道符“|”，渲染出来有些问题。（表内的第 7 行）。

@Shazoo 应该是用 marked 渲染的，可以给我开个 issue 回头我看看是什么问题

@Vanessa CodeMirrow 在移动端貌似有问题， hacpai 是直接退化成了 textarea 吧，有更好的方案吗？
