求教 surge 配置

在试用 surge for Mac ，但是总感觉 ss 代理没有设置对，请帮忙看看。

非常偶然的我知道了哪里出现了问题：
不是 socks ，而是 custom 。
我以前一直把 ss 转成 socks 代理用，然后脑子就轴了
