看到文章说利用百度地图 API 进行 IP 地址精确定位（ http://www.freebuf.com/sectool/117164.html ）
测试下的确可以，不过定位成功率在 65% 左右，存在一定的误差， API 接口也有些限制。
集成到 alfred 倒挺好用。

应该是有机构同时收集“ IP ”和“ GPS 定位”，然后将该 IP 收集到的 GPS 信息经过拟合，产生精确的定位信息及误差信息。
