好气，第一次求助大佬们， ipsec 手机上断开后服务器没断开

    导致了无法重新连接，因为使用了 radius 认证，并且设置只允许 1 个客户端 貌似 40 分钟过后会自动断开连接，是因为什么也不是很清楚 查阅了无数，无解。。
