没有 topbar 的 app，在 osx 中出现的问题

chrome 浏览器，在 osx 中，全屏后，就会出现下图的 bug 。

其实不只是 chrome ，好几个没有 topbar 的 app 都有这个问题，问题是上面topbar高度的灰色条。
