在内网必须走代理，已设置环境变量 http_proxy ， git 可以正常连接 github ，但是 composer 好像并不能生效。

zlink OP @bianchensz 然而问题又出现了， composer 可以正常使用了，但是 git 以及 本地 curl 连接超时，很尴尬。
