这几年发生过二次,第一次导致 mysql 数据库坏掉,机器可以起来后好了十几分钟后数据库就坏了。
第二次发生故障时可以起来后我马上转移数据到别的机器上,没发生问题。 |

一般来说补偿就是你挂掉时间免单, 然而这并没有什么卵用

lyragosa OP @c0878 backup 有,我开了 linode 自己的 2.5 刀备份,数据每天打包丢 dropbox ,再在我两台电脑本地备份,问题不大。
@ipconfiger 问了客服,客服说超过 45 分钟之后的部分免单,然后说数据不影响,聊胜于无…… @zhouzhe8013 我没放梯子,放的我自己的网站,所以挂了还是很烦躁……如果单纯放梯子的话倒是无所谓,挂就挂呗。 然后过去了 1 个多小时了还没好……极其不爽…… |

硬件故障提示,收到过好多次,没管它,由官方自己去维护,好了后看数据正常就行了。
另外,故障时间官方没有承诺 100%,它的 SLB 没查到是多少。如果是 99.99%的话年宕机时间允许小于 1 小时,如果是 3 个 9 的话,则更长,允许接近 10 小时。 |

LINODE 的 VPS 又不是云端的,母机出问题就挂, Backup 一般不用提供商的,提供商那种一般都是全磁盘备份,不能恢复单个文件,而且都不便宜。我直接备份 S3 。 Vultr 的 SLA 是 100%,但是如果宕机提前一天告诉你且宕机时间小于 5 分钟(还是 15 分钟)不给你赔。

@lyragosa 这个提供商给的备份我认为就是防止自己某天 sudo rm -rf /* 的,或者系统升级失败什么的,一般 VPS 都有做 RAID10 的所以不太怕硬件问题。不过其实这个备份也就在这个提供商用,也不给你提供下载,不能迁移,所以在其他地方备份也有必要。
