hexo-theme-concise 更新啦

    这次更新采取一些网友的建议，背景颜色更加和谐，之前在移动端的 UI 页面标题会居中，现在将宽度改为了 100%，整体上比之前的版本要好一点，有不足的地方希望各位大大鞭策！
