ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Supports IT infrastructure Lead to identify the opportunities and implement new technologies to improve operational excellence, also ensure appropriate project methodologies are followed with timely and high quality deployment.
 Build an effective working relationship with the relevant IT Operations teams, Technical Architects, vertical IT teams and local business users
 Work closely with end users to perform the business analysis to clarify business requirements which is regarding the infrastructure.
 Launch infrastructure & end user solutions with appropriate trainings to end users, so that users can maximize the value of the infrastructure solutions/products.
 Support infrastructure related solutions to ensure the agreed SLAs are met.
 Monitoring the IT Assets and infrastructure solutions when the defined lifetime expired, also in charge of the review with stakeholders so that leanings can be captured and shared.
 Provide status updates to the line manager and share information with other IT and business stakeholders
 Identify opportunities to upgrade, stabilize or improve existing Services to ensure ongoing high performance and sustainability.
 Work with the line-manager to schedule multiple work streams and prioritize project deliverables.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
 Essential
 6+ years of Information Technology Experience,
 Familiar with Network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, Wireless, voice, Remote Access Solutions).
 Desktop infrastructure technology (PCs, laptops – configuration and management)
 Server infrastructure (hardware, OS)
 Core application technologies (SQL, Exchange, Active Directory, web technologies, SharePoint, security/patch technologies, endpoint management tool)
 Proven stakeholder management skills and relationship building at all levels including senior managers
 Effective development and delivery of successful IT infrastructure projects within a professional IT department
 Awareness of the principles of Technical Architecture and IT Ops/Support
 Experienced and confident in report writing techniques and presentations to IT team and senior line of business managers
 Management of external suppliers and keeping them to work agreements.
 Self-motivated to see projects through their entire lifecycle, from inception to full deployment
 DESIRABLE
 Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain composure and delivery
 Strong problem solving and analytical skills
 Strong initiative
 Strong understanding of Network services and protocols
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities
 Good interpersonal communication skills
