根据日志， mpv 虽然全屏能正常播放视频，但是会报以下错误；
不过似乎报错时候主要是 f 键全屏，左上角绿点全屏不会报错（然而会卡顿一下）；
搜索看来，这些错误可能与 AVFoundation ， OpenGL 有关系，大概因为 mpv 并没有用 cocoa 和 os x 自己 api 的原因吧
