ShadowPlay 也不错

推荐 oCam

一直用 OBS

无损体积太大，不过录小段视频还是可以的

这个录完之后得转一次要不然体积应该不小

不错。
Shadow Play 应该是占用 CPU 资源最低的录屏软件，还支持设置录制质量。
操作量大的竞技类游戏的录制还是用 Shadow Play 好，因为不会增加操作延迟。（我有亲身体会）
需要 N 卡。
