## Frontend Developer
Do you “ pop the hood ” on interesting websites, just to see how they work? Do you get agitated at poor user experiences? How do you React to Angular? Do you believe performance is a feature?
Student.com Tech is building the new International student experience. We are helping students from over 100 countries through their journey, using leading-edge architecture built for global scale, a dedication to excellence in engineering and a strict focus on making the lives of students better. We build products that serve students in over 20 languages, across web, mobile and social.
As Frontend Developers, we advocate for the users, building experiences that span their many devices and intents. We continually hone our craft, staying abreast of the volatile world of web development technologies.

* A fast-paced environment

* Writing code you are proud of
### Skills & Experience
* Strong computer science fundamental knowledge
* Mastery of frontend technologies including but not limited to:
* JavaScript (e.g., AngularJS, ES6, vanilla js)
* CSS (e.g., Sass, BEM, Susy, CSS3)
* HTML5 & DOM APIs
* Tools & Testing (e.g., Jasmine, Gulp)
* Working knowledge of how the browser functions and how to squeeze the most out of it (performance, rendering)
* Experience working in an MVC web stack (e.g., Symfony 2)
* Experience doing TDD
* Good English communication skills a plus
