OS 是 Debian 8 kernel 是自帶的 3.16
SoftLayer 的 vlan router 總是會分配個不能用的 ipv6 下來
然而 /etc/network/interfaces 裡面也沒有 DHCP 之類的

於是要怎麼把這個自動分配給關掉？
