求救： fedora 的字体崩盘了

自从用了 gnome-tweak-tool 后，手贱把 fonts 的第一个选项改了，后来就成了这样：

再在里面就改不回来了，后来又在 /usr/share/fonts/和 /etc/fonts/conf.d/里面看了半天，说实话根本不知道改什么，有没有人给我指条明路啊？
PS ： terminal ， chrome 的字体都好着，就是系统的一些软件出问题，比如 rime 输入法，系统设置， terminal 的标题栏等

默哀。。。终端用 sudo 开 gnome-tweak-tool 试试？

不知道要重新设置一下系统的的字体？
