今天新注册的Google Play开发者账户，要开通付费应用就要设置商家账户，但是国家那里永远都是美国，挂了香港的VPN都还是美国，请问如何修改呢？

要在注册Google账号的时候选中国，LZ新注册的开发者可以先退款再重新注册一个Google账号重新注册开发者
