While we're not currently live in China you could open up a Stripe account in a country we're available in if you have the following:
-a bank account in that country (we do not support Payoneer)
-a tax ID in that country
-a physical location in that country (at which you are able to receive mail)
-a government-issued ID such as a passport or drivers license from any country
需要外国银行账户、纳税ID、地址、护照或驾照等有效证件。

@batilo 我用交行信用卡买v站充值马上就有客服来问是不是本人操作，估计这种cvv直接授权付款对国内信用卡来说还是比较少见的吧。。。
