我用了一个简单的map和Threadpool做多线程，url都已经准备好了
现在的问题是，线程跑一会儿吧，咦，默默地不知道到哪里去了……
所以，问题可能的原因是？或：我现在应该如何查到问题？
另外，我不觉得我这样的写法是最好的，写的时候还是比较求快，还想知道这么一个简单的需求，如何实现更好呢？这里的好的标准是：
1）简单，高效，杀鸡就别用牛刀了，可以牺牲一定的可靠性
2）能快速用上，避免自己造轮子，手写生产者模式等等就别来了……
