Skype账号是刚创建的，下了软件想要拨打电话，提示要充skype credits，于是就到按软件里的提示跳转到他们网站充值，用的是paypal，充了10刀。然后回到软件想要打电话的时候，提示说账号被block了。
我就怀疑是不是因为我用了vpn导致的，于是到他们网上发了个ticket解释了一下使用vpn的情况，然后就有客服发邮件来问我我的skype username是什么，我就回复了，第二天他们就发另一封邮件，说由于你违反我们的使用条款，我们没办法恢复你的账号。
