问一个可能比较低级的问题：为什么 scott 用户提升到 sys 可以不用输入管理员密码的？

    使用conn scott/tiger登录
    然后再conn / as sysdba 登录到sysdba角色
    show user提示的是：USER 为 "SYS"
    用户不是scott吗？还有，scott为何可以用到sysdba角色啊？
