    应该是这家申请了代理结算方式应该是后付费 所以那么问题来了

    不是被黑 而是申请了代理签了证书不交钱给ca

    Globalsign给我的回复是“Did you try to contact the reseller? There seems to be some issues with our Accounting. They are not paying for the certificates they have ordered.”,所以目测是globalsign自己的账单系统有漏洞一直没发现。
    xoxo发证书有一年多了,应该没有公司的财务会允许欠费那么久还继续发货。

    然后么,globalsign就这么承认是他们有登记的经销商出了问题,还真老实。。。

    话说reseller有问题,莫非globalsign还给了它账期?要不然应该早欠费很多了吧。。。

    I have checked the order that you have referenced to CEAP1501110535. This order is invalidated/revoked by the system due to non-payment. You may place a new order and provide us the new generated order number so we can update the system.
