看Flask文档要求的是在线环境的，没网络时怎么安装呢？毕竟公司内部网络是无法连接到互联网的。

下载Werkzeug, Jinja2, Flask的安装包拷到公司电脑上安装就可以了。

把flask Werkzeug Jinja2 simplejson分别下下来放一起就好了。
