Epigrams on Programming中有epigram 130句。经常在各种文章和书籍中看到有人引用，索性就把全文读了一遍。读完觉得确实有趣，就翻译了一下。
Alen Jay Perlis美国计算机科学家，程序员中的上古巨神，因在编程语言中的早期探索和获得首届图灵奖闻名。
虽然只有130句话，翻词典、考据、推敲句子、学reST、sphinx，加起来也弄了两天。
有些句子挺有趣的，比如：
Syntactic sugar causes cancer of the semi-colons.
It is better to have 100 functions operate on one data structure than 10 functions on 10 data structures.
If you have a procedure with 10 parameters, you probably missed some.
