求助最快的数据迁移方法

    新买了台macbook15，想把老款的数据导到新电脑去，发现用自带的数据迁移实在太太太慢了
    我没有thunderbolt的连接线，网线也没有，只有wifi。。。。
    路由是300m的，宽带是100m电信
    但是copy100多g的文件，居然要60个小时
    有更便捷的方法吗?
