主机商做了限制吧？还是需要自己优化？

btsync是udp协议可能你主机对udp有限制吧要么试试syncthing 是tcp的

可能是服务商对机器做了QOS设置,你固定一个端口试试(比如80端口一般都是优先级最高, "listening_port" : 80)
