大概率是降智+限流了，我也废了好几个号了。解决方案就是退出所有登录，静止 24h 。通常能恢复，但使用量一上去 依旧 限流+降智。

1.打开 https://help.openai.com/ 2.发送： Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model. 3.输入检测的 gpt 邮箱 如果是降智的号 会告诉你付费订阅有效也会有相关访问限制 没降智显示： Hi—AI-assisted support here. That message means the specific model you selected is temporarily overloaded; switching to another available model (or waiting a bit and retrying) is the intended workaround. If it keeps happening across multiple models, try a hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) and/or an incognito/private window with extensions/VPN disabled; tell me which model you selected and whether you’re on web, iOS, Android, or desktop. |
