经常，所以我让他禁用更新了
解决办法：.codex 备份删掉，卸载 chatgpt 重下，再把备份的.codex 里对话跟记忆拷回来覆盖

后面知道了 实际上是 bug 一直没修复 不能关联多个文件夹
