大佬们求助 claude code 一直 waiting for api response 但是 codex 一直正常

从昨天晚上开始的，每次对话。
他一开始能正常跑，然后就一直报 waiting for api response 这个有遇到过吗？

换代理都无法解决，但是代理都是正常的，codex 完全没问题。
以为是 fable5 的问题，换 opus 也这样
