在 Windows11 环境使用 Codex CLI，经常出现“windows sandbox 1312"的提示;

• Conception.md 是一份需求说明, 当前项目里只有它和 AGENTS.md. 我会把审阅报告写成可执行规格审阅: 先指出风险与歧义, 再给出建议的脚本构建顺序和验收点.

codex 会"惯性地"去 CreateProcessAsUserW,被沙箱挡了,我问 codex 怎么解决，给出的方法都是在折腾 toml 配置 trust ，但看起来更像是 windows 的机制挡住了,不知道有无理解错，应该如何解决呢？
