旅程的最后一章，属于普吉的海。在最南端的神仙半岛观景台，我们登高远眺，海水在阳光下呈现出渐变的蓝，白色的海浪一遍遍描摹着海岸线。

We are building production AI systems used across multiple products in our company, from automation and agentic workflows to platform-level AI services. This role focuses on turning AI capabilities into reliable, scalable systems used by real users.

At our company, AI is becoming a core part of how we build, ship, and scale as an AI-native company. From agentic workflows to AI-driven features, the focus is not just speed, but building systems that work reliably at scale.

We’re now looking for an AI Platform Engineer to help turn AI from experimentation into scalable systems used across multiple products.

In this role, you will help:

• turn AI models and prototypes into production-ready systems that power real product experiences

• build ML-powered services used by multiple product teams across the company

• enable AI workflows with robust data and infrastructure to support automation at scale

• accelerate the development of features such as recommendations, personalization, and intelligent automation

• evolve our internal AI systems while improving reliability and observability

What You’ll Own & Drive🔥

You’ll be part of the AI Platform Squad, building internal AI systems that enable our transition toward an AI-native engineering model across teams and products.

• Build and operate production-grade AI systems (API-first)

• Translate product use cases into reliable AI services with clear inputs/outputs

• Ensure quality and safety of AI outputs (validation, fallback, logging)

• Collaborate with product squads to ship AI features to users quickly

• Contribute to the evolution of shared AI infrastructure across the Company

What You Need to Succeed🏆

• 5+years of Python development experience

• Experience building and deploying production systems (not just prototype)

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs and distributed systems

• Ability to debug and validate AI-generated outputs

• Solid software engineering experience, including scalability, testing, and maintainability

• Fluent in English, able to collaborate in a distributed, international environment

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field

You’ll stand out if you:

• have built AI systems in production and taken ownership of delivering them end-to-end

• are a pragmatic problem-solver who focuses on real-world impact rather than purely theoretical solutions

• can balance speed of delivery with system reliability in fast-moving environments

• are comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements in AI-driven or product environments

• collaborate effectively across product and engineering teams in building scalable Systems

Bonus Points🌟

• Experience with RAG / embeddings / vector DB

• Experience building internal tools or platforms

• Familiarity with AI evaluation / Monitoring
