加速国外 BT 下载的一个方法

有的时候，从类似 Demonoid 这样的网站下载资源时，就算是迅雷离线也不会让速度快很多。我的办法是：

SSH Tunnel 打开，然后用 Vuze 下，因为 Vuze 支持用 SOCKS Proxy 来进行 Peer Communication。
